Girls Club at Prentiss Church 2024

The Mpact Girls Clubs program at Prentiss Church is dedicated to developing the character of our girls along with their relationship with their Savior Jesus Christ. Mpact Girls Club is an exciting program for girls age Preschool through High School (*Prentiss currently offers Kindergarten- 5th Grade). It is a discipleship program of women mentoring young girls into a closer walk with the Lord, laying a firm foundation on the Word of God through age appropriate small groups. The curriculum used can be found on Mpact Girls National Girls Ministries website or by making an appointment to view at the church.

Girls first visit

Here's what to expect when visiting Mpact Prentiss Girls for the first time:

First, arrive at the front of the church between 4:45-5:00. There we will meet your family, check your daughter(s) into our system, and continue to our classes.

Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

  • Parent/guardian name(s)
  • Child's name
  • Child's birthdate
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Parent/guardian email(s)
  • Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

Next, the girls will have whole group activities and then small group lessons. The girls also will have time for a lite snack and outdoor time to play. Each unit is 4 weeks and the girls are able to earn badges to place on their sash when all distinctives are learned.

Finally, we will end with our project for the unit and dismissal will be at 6:30 p.m. around the left side of the church.

Daisies Club for Girls in Kindergarten

Daisies are bright flowers that love the sunshine!

Here in our Daisies club, we want to teach our kindergarten girls to love Jesus and glorify Him. We love participating in craft and lesson activities, and learning more about God through Bible lessons to earn badges for our Daisies sashes! If your girl is going to start Kdg. in August of 2024 they are welcome to join now.

As a Daisy I will be happy, good, and helpful, letting my light shine for Jesus.

Daisies tell about Jesus.

Let your light... shine.

(Matthew 5:16)

Prims Club for Girls in 1st-2nd Grade

About PRIMS:

Primroses are beautiful flowers!

Here in our Prims club, we want to teach our 1st & 2nd Grade girls that they have been made in the image of God and He loves them immensely! We love participating in group activities, and learning more about God through Bible lessons to earn badges for our Prims sashes!

As a Prim, I will be careful of what I say, where I go, and what I do; trying always to be my very best for the Lord Jesus, because I love Him.

I will be kind and thoughtful.

Be kind... to one another.

(Ephesians 4:32)

Stars Club for Girls in 3rd-5th Grade

About STARS:

Stars shine brightly and beautifully in the night sky!

Here in our Stars club, we want to empower our 3rd - 5th girls to share the Gospel with others! Girls make their way up the Stairway of the Stars achievement program as they complete units in the four "worlds": The World of Truth (basic Christian doctrine), The World Around You (missions), The World About You (activities), and The World Within You (character development). Memorization, projects, and Bible reading are all a part of completing the achievement program as an Honor Star. Four-week units are supplemented with projects and Adventures.

Having accepted Jesus as my Savior, I will follow Him in service, in testimony, in attitude, and in relationships; striving always to glorify my Lord as a Star.

I will follow Jesus.

Teach me Your way, O Lord, and I will walk in Your truth; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear Your name. I will praise You... with all my heart; I will glorify Your name forever.

(Psalm 86:11-12)
